Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your items but if you’re not happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, refund or a credit note.

In the case of refund requests, the return costs are, both domestic and international, at the client's expense and the amount will depend on the carrier selected to return the items. In that case, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you. (Royal Mail returns begin at £3.95 per return).  

In the cases of exchange requests or requests to issue a Credit Note, the cost of the return will be borne by us.

Returns will only be accepted by us if the item(s) is unworn and look in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in original packaging.

To begin your return or exchange follow these steps:

  1. Open the Returns Portal
  2. Enter your Order Number
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
  4. Select if you would like to Return, Exchange or take a Store Credit for each of your items
  5. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value.
  6. Download any shipment labels or QR codes for the shipment.
