We hope you love your items but if you’re not happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All returns, both domestic and international, are at the client's expense.
Sale items, however, are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order.
Returns will only be accepted by us if it is unworn and in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in original packaging.
To return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, noting the items you wish to return, and we will create and send you a return label. Any returns should be sent enclosing a copy of your original invoice.
Return collections can booked by calling DHL Express and quoting the shipping waybill number (which will be found on the return label). Alternatively, return parcels can be taken to a local DHL service point. Your nearest DHL local service point can be found at the below link:
