Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your items but if you’re not happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All returns, both domestic and international, are at the client's expense.

Sale items however, are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable. 

If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order.

Returns will only be accepted by us if it is unworn and in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in original packaging. 

To return an item

Alternatively, you can arrange to send the parcel to us via DHL. Please email us at, noting the items you wish to return. We will then create and send you a return label via email. 

Returns via DHL will be at your expense and this charge will be deducted from your final refund. The amount is the same as our delivery - £8.95 for domestic orders and £25 for international orders. 

Return collections can booked by calling DHL Express and quoting the shipping waybill number (which will be found on the return label).

Alternatively, return parcels can be taken to a local DHL service point. Your nearest DHL local service point can be found here.

If you wish to return your order by other means, please ensure you use a tracked service. 

Any returns should be sent enclosing a copy of your original invoice.
