We hope you love your items but if you’re not happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All returns, both domestic and international, are at the client's expense.
Sale items, however, are final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order.
Returns will only be accepted by us if it is unworn and in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in original packaging. Please ensure goods are returned by recorded delivery as we are not able to take responsibility for goods that do not arrive.
In the case of returning an item from outside the UK, you will need to include a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore not subject to import tax and duties. This should be marked on the airway bill as well. We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we incur will be deducted from the amount due to for a refund.
