Delivery

Mondo Corsini partners with DHL Express on all UK and International deliveries.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, however there may be unforeseen delays from time to time. Estimated delivery times provided below should be used as a guide only. 

UK delivery

All UK orders will attract a delivery charge of £6.95, will be tracked and will require signature on delivery.  Parcels will be delivered next day from dispatch and we will endeavor to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same business day.

International delivery 

Orders for delivery outside the UK usually arrive within 3-6 days. All international orders will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of £25. Mondo Corsini will collect any local sales taxes and import duties charged by the importing country’s customs and excise on your behalf at checkout, and you will therefore have nothing further to pay on importation of the parcel.

Packaging

Items purchased from our showroom, trunk shows and pop ups are presented in an eco-friendly “Mondo Corsini” organic cotton bag, which we hope you will continue to find useful. In fulfilling our online orders, we have attempted to limit the amount of packaging we use in delivering our products to you, and we use recycled or recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Taxes & duties

For clients based outside of the UK (Including the EU), local taxes and duties may be imposed by their country. These are charges set by your local government and not Mondo Corsini.  We collect these taxes and duties at checkout and pay them on your behalf, therefore you should not be contacted by shippers or customs for additional customs charges. These charges will be included in your final price.
